The video reveals the man standing in a crowd of protesters on George Street, across from Town Hall, as police officers engaged in a scuffle with another protester nearby. At 1:07, a bike squad officer appears to grab someone, leading to an exchange of words with the white-shirted man. The situation escalates when the officer pushes the man, who then reaches out to grab a bicycle.
The man raises his hands, and the bike squad officer grabs his shirt, causing the officer to trip over the bike.
